
Cassie graduated as Salutatorian from Lockesburg High School in 2001. Later, she obtained her LPN certification from CCCUA in 2003, RN-BSN from UAMS in 2009 and FNP-MSN from Walden University in 2019. She opened her medical practice in 2021 and will be celebrating 5 years in business this August. Cassie loves caring for others and her community. She is passionate about providing education so that others can improve their health. Cassie has built her career and business while maintaining a balanced (somewhat chaotic) home life with her soulmate, Mark Schroer and raising 4 children: Kaydence, Layne, Jed, & Willow. Her children are the greatest accomplishment of all. Cassie loves shopping, interior decorating, traveling to experience new places and cultures, spoiling her pet yorkies, spending time with family (especially her children), and sponsoring/planning events for her nonprofit organization, The Try Jesus Foundation, to bring the community together.

I was born and raised in Lockesburg Arkansas. I graduated Lockesburg High School in 2003. I then earned my BSN from Henderson State University in 2008. As an RN I worked 5 years working in Oncology in Jonesboro, Arkansas and Stem Cell Transplant in Memphis, Tennessee. I then earned my Master's of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University. I remained in Jonesboro for 10 years working as an APRN in Nephrology. My husband Colt and I relocated to Lockesburg in 2022. I then started working for Schroer Medical in Family Practice. We have 2 boys, Drake and Cash that attend Dierks Schools.

I grew up in the small town of Wickes, Arkansas. I attended Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia and obtained my Bachelor's in Biology with a minor in Psychology. I received my Bachelor's in Nursing from UAMS in Hope and continued my nursing journey to earn my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Practice from UAMS. I have eight years of nursing experience in the ICU, Med/Surg, and ER. Much of my nursing career was spent at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs, AR as an ICU nurse. I have four beautiful daughters; Hallie, Lyndyn, Kora, and Brynlee. My husband is a truck driver for Pilgrim's.

I graduated from CCCUA with an Associate of Science. For much of my working career I managed restaurants and served the public for six-plus years before becoming a nurse. I've now been a nurse for seven years in family clinics. I volunteer at Celebrate Recovery, and outside the clinic I enjoy exploring nature, reading, worshiping God, and serving others.

I live in Mineral Springs and graduated from Umpire High School in 2015. I earned my LPN from CCCUA in 2017. I attend Church on the Rock in Nashville, and I've worked at Collom and Carney and in long-term care facilities. I'm a mom of three boys, and my hobbies are gardening, camping, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
